Who these terms are between

This website is operated by Ada Yacht Brokerage, of Kemalpaşa, Cumhuriyet Cd. Necip Peker İş Hanı No:74 Kat:3 D:302, 41100 İzmit / Kocaeli, Türkiye. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Scope

These terms cover your use of this website and nothing else. They do not cover any brokerage, charter or management service itself — each of those is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Ada Yacht Brokerage, and where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement prevails.

What this website is

This site presents our services and the yachts we work with, and gives you a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Prices, availability and specifications shown here are an invitation to talk to us, not terms we are bound to.

Images and listings

Yacht specifications, availability and prices change frequently and often depend on information supplied by owners and third parties. We take care to keep the site current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate at the moment you read it. Confirm any detail with us in writing before you rely on it.

Photographs on this site are illustrative unless they are captioned as being of a specific vessel. A photograph shown beside a yacht's name may be a representative image of that type of vessel rather than the vessel itself. Photographs of a specific yacht offered for sale are provided on request and in the listing documentation.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages
• send anything unlawful, misleading, or belonging to somebody else
• attempt to reach any part of the site that is not public
• interfere with the site's normal operation, or extract its contents by automated means for republication
• present the site, or any part of it, as your own

We may restrict access where any of the above happens, without notice where the conduct is ongoing.

Content and ownership

The text, photographs, logo, icons and design of this site belong to Ada Yacht Brokerage or are used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

Third-party names and marks appearing on the site — yacht builders, engine manufacturers, and the services we link to — belong to their respective owners, and appear here to identify what is being described. Their appearance implies no endorsement in either direction.

Links and embedded content

This site links to external services and embeds a map supplied by Google. We do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data. Following a link takes you outside this site and under somebody else's terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or for reasons outside our control, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on anything published here — in particular, for any decision taken on the strength of a specification, price or availability shown on the site rather than confirmed with us in writing.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Turkish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any right you have as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and what this site does or does not store in your browser is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here, with its date at the top; using the site after a change means accepting the version in force at that time.

If part of these terms fails

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force, and that provision is read down to the narrowest form that is enforceable rather than struck out entirely.

Language

These terms are published in English, Turkish and Spanish. Where the versions differ in meaning, the Turkish version governs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes arising from them fall to the courts and enforcement offices of Kocaeli, Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, or of your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court with jurisdiction over you.
